 You must understand and agree to the $300 deposit and $500 minimum spend requirement—this is required to rent the space. A 25% gratuity will be added to all party bills. The $300 deposit will be refunded after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the event agreement. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance, or the deposit will be forfeited. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms for renting the Mini Bar at The District CR.
